The archives contain all of your past focusing sessions, if you saved them.
How might you continue? If you felt like you were being pressured, you might have left it at that during your focusing session. That's fine – you have to do that or you would never finish. But if you now still have time and energy, you might want to focus -- what exactly do you mean by feeling pressured. That is no doubt an excellent handle for your feeling, but there may be more to your feeling than just that.
